Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of Rhys Clark as the Chief Financial Officer of the Abano Healthcare Group.
Rhys is an experienced CFO who brings broad capability to the role. His most recent roles include CFO for City Rail Link, CFO of Fisher & Paykel Finance and Finance Director at Crown Fibre Holdings. His previous roles included responsibility for the corporate finance functions, implementation of shared services functions and leading strategic change projects.
Abano’s CEO, Richard Keys, said: “We look forward to Rhys joining the Group and further strengthening our senior leadership team. His experience in organisational development and execution will provide additional management support as we focus on lifting the performance of our dental networks, increasing the efficiency of our operations and improving shareholder returns.”
Rosemary Ferguson, who has held the role of interim chief financial officer since June 2018, will finish her fixed term contract in July 2019 following completion of the FY19 audit process.
