Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appoinment of Mark Wilshire as Executive General Manager Customer Experience for Suncorp New Zealand.
Wilkshire will be responsible for the delivery of Suncorp’s customer strategy across its New Zealand brands, Vero Insurance and Asteron Life. He replaces Campbell Mitchell, who is now executive general manager, claims.
Suncorp New Zealand acting chief executive Adam Heath said Wilkshire brought a strong track record of delivering for customers and building high-performing teams.
Wilkshire has held senior executive roles leading marketing, insurance, lending and sales and service functions at Kiwibank, ANZ and Bank of New Zealand.
