HOBSON LEAVY is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mark Crowle as Chief Programme Delivery Officer at Watercare Services Limited.
Mark will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and will lead the programme delivery business unit which is accountable for the execution of Watercare’s Infrastructure plan which makes up the majority of Watercare’s $1bn annual capital programme.
Mark brings extensive executive experience in infrastructure delivery within the construction industry in Australia and New Zealand. He holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a Fellow of Engineering New Zealand. Beginning his career in consulting, Mark has since developed end-to-end delivery expertise spanning design, construction, and commissioning – giving him a well-rounded perspective across both consulting and contractor environments.
Most recently, Mark served as General Manager of LEAD Alliance, where he demonstrated outstanding leadership delivering a programme of work for Kainga Ora – navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, aligning designers and constructors, and driving commercial transformation across a 500-person team. This experience positions him strongly to support Watercare as they embark on this exciting new phase delivering an ambitious infrastructure programme.
