Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of Edward Timmins to the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary for Precinct Properties.
Edward is currently the General Counsel for NZX-listed Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, a role he has held since 2015. Edward has a strong background prior to joining Fisher & Paykel with top New Zealand corporate law firm Russell McVeagh and law firm Allen & Overy LLP in London and Hong Kong.
Edward has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Auckland.
