Hobson Leavy is thrilled to announce Drugh Woods has been appointed as General Manager Property for Tramco.
Drugh brings some twenty years’ experience in leasing and property management. He has been with NZX-listed Vital Healthcare Property for over 10 years managing the financial performance of the New Zealand portfolio including asset acquisitions, disposals and developments. Vital is managed by NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT – a listed Canadian-based property fund with global reach.
