Courtney brings nearly ten years of experience in executive search, joining Hobson Leavy in 2019. She has worked with a broad range of clients across financial services, private equity, manufacturing, and in the primary and agriculture sectors. She has particular experience leading functional CFO & CEO search, having partnered with publicly listed, privately held and government entities on critical C-Suite and Board placements.

Courtney leads Hobson Leavy’s in-house psychometric offering, and is trained in the Hogan suite. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Waikato, specialising in psychology, human resource management and industrial relations.

Prior to Hobson Leavy, Courtney spent a number of years as a professional rower, representing New Zealand in the Lightweight Women’s Single scull in Poland, Bulgaria and Australia.
