Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of Brett Gliddon to the role of System Design and Delivery General Manager for the New Zealand Transport Agency.
Brett is a qualified civil engineer with more than 18 years’ experience in infrastructure planning, design and delivery, including maintenance and operations. Most recently he was Senior Manager System Design for NZTA, before which he spent three years as Highway Manager, Auckland/Northern. Brett has been involved in the development of some of New Zealand’s largest infrastructure projects including the Northern Busway project, the Northern Gateway Toll Road project (New Zealand’s first electronic toll road), the Waterview Tunnel project and the Te Ara I Whiti (Lightpath) cycleway.
Brett has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
