Beef + Lamb New Zealand is seeking its next Chief Executive Officer to drive the organisation’s strategic direction and lead the operational performance.
Beef + Lamb New Zealand exists to:
- Support New Zealand’s sheep and beef farmers as a farmer-owned peak industry body.
- Support and advocate for those working within this significant sector in Aotearoa New Zealand.
- Provide extensive resources and support to drive on-farm excellence, productivity and profitability; enabling farmers to produce world-class red meat products.
You will be a commercial and experienced leader, with a proven track record of leading high performing, collaborative teams. With sound financial management skills, you will understand how to prioritize investment to optimise value – to deliver for both internal stakeholders and farmers alike.
With exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, you will partner across the organisational landscape to build trusting relationships and deliver results. With a genuine commitment to NZ’s agricultural sector, you will actively lean in, to understand farmers’ needs, to ensure service delivery is relevant and fit-for-purpose.
Unafraid of rolling up your sleeves, you will be a strategic and clear communicator. A crucial connector, you will serve our farmers through fostering a culture of delivery and accountability.
