Stephen brings a proven track record of driving commercial success and leading transformation in complex, competitive environments. His career spans senior leadership roles across APAC, the Middle East and Africa, where he partnered with major global brands. Stephen is highly experienced in engaging with technical experts and operating within matrix structures with Board-level accountability.
In New Zealand, Stephen has held CEO/Country Manager roles for over a decade, including leading CoreLogic through a significant merger and rebrand, and driving growth through new data-enabled services. More recently, he has spearheaded strategic change at Assurity, introducing greater commercial rigour, reshaping services, and securing key partnerships with both government and private sector clients. His experience positions him strongly to lead AJ Park into its next phase of growth.
