Hobson Leavy is thrilled to announce that Steven Carden has been appointed as Managing Director for Delegat Group, from 31 January 2022.

Steven’s career to date includes working for McKinsey & Co. in New York, serving as General Manager of PGG Wrightson Australia, and his current role as Chief Executive Officer of Pāmu (Landcorp Farming Ltd) where he has led its transformation to a diversified, integrated food and fibre business over the past eight years.
Steven’s strategic thinking capability, expertise in growing international businesses and focus on creating an environment where people can achieve their potential is an ideal match for Delegat Group as we embark on the next stage of our journey to build a leading global Super Premium wine company.”
Steven holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Laws and Arts degrees from the University of Auckland.
