Simon Toneycliffe appointed Chief Executive Officer for Amisfield

Hobson Leavy are thrilled to announce that Simon Toneycliffe has been appointed Chief Executive Officer for Amisfield.
Simon is an impressive senior executive with a background in financial services, before moving into the wine industry with his previous role as General Manager for Whitehaven Wine Company.
Early on in Simon’s career, he had various roles within the financial services Industry at Westpac, AMP, AXA New Zealand and Public Trust. In 2012, Simon was enticed by a complete career pivot. He was attracted to help run Whitehaven Wine Company as General Manager and to lead sustainable growth across this family-owned wine business.
Simon has had full responsibility for the business, including winery, winemaking and viticulture, international and domestic sales, distributor management and strategy, brand and customer experience, finance and operations, supply chain, health, safety, and sustainability. During his ten years with the company, he has overseen significant growth.
