Hobson Leavy is thrilled to announce that Sharon Thompson has been appointed as Executive Director, Transformation & Delivery for the Financial Markets Authority.
Sharon Thompson brings extensive experience across retail and business banking, and public sector environments. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Management as well as a Master of Management from Massey University.
Sharon has successfully led large scale transformation in complex businesses across the private and public sectors. Throughout her career she has been actively sought out by senior leaders, for her expertise and strength leading organisational change. In her most recent role at Inland Revenue, Sharon has led a number of strategic change initiatives as part of Inland Revenue’s multi-year business transformation programme.
