Sarah brings extensive experience across New Zealand’s health care sector to Radius Care, having held a range of executive, operational, and strategic leadership roles. Sarah has led major healthcare initiatives and large-scale operations across Southern Cross Healthcare, including regional leadership of multiple hospital sites, strategic joint ventures, and transformation programmes.
Sarah also developed deep experience in private equity-backed environments through a series of executive leadership roles, most recently at Fertility Associates and earlier at MoleMap, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across New Zealand and Australia. Sarah’s blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and commitment to better health outcomes makes her exceptionally well placed to lead Radius Care’s Care Operations.
