We are excited to announce that Rachelle Russell has been appointed as a new Partner for Hobson Leavy.
Rachelle has over 15 years’ recruitment experience, with particular strengths in senior leadership and Māori specialist roles. Of Ngāti Raukawa descent, she offers a strong understanding of Te Ao Māori, partnering with organisations to create recruitment processes that are inclusive and culturally attuned. Her focus is on helping businesses diversify their leadership while attracting top-tier talent. Rachelle joins Hobson Leavy from within the wider Accordant NZ Business and continues to champion Māori talent across the group.
Based in Taranaki, Rachelle maintains strong ties to the region, where she lives with her husband and tamariki.
