General Manager – Data, Digital & Technology, Powerco
A new executive leadership role critical to enabling the organisation’s next phase of strategy and transformation.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and joining the Executive Leadership Team, the General Manager – Data, Digital & Technology will provide enterprise‑wide leadership across data, digital and technology. The role will establish clear strategic direction, strengthen prioritisation and governance, and ensure technology capability enables safe operations, regulatory confidence and long‑term value creation. A key focus will be lifting organisational maturity and translating complexity into scalable, business‑led outcomes.
We are seeking a senior executive leader with deep experience across data, digital and technology in complex, asset‑intensive or regulated environments. This will be a business‑facing digital leader with strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence at executive and board level, and a proven track record of turning strategy into disciplined delivery.

A newly established executive role reflecting the organisation’s commitment to workforce capability, wellbeing and safe performance.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and joining the Executive Leadership Team, this role brings together people strategy, organisational development, culture, health and safety and wellbeing. The General Manager – People, Safety & Culture will play a pivotal role in shaping leadership capability, strengthening performance‑based people systems and embedding a strong, values‑led and safety‑focused culture through a period of transformation.
We are seeking an experienced senior leader with strong credibility in people and safety leadership within complex, operational environments. This individual will bring the confidence to influence at executive level, the empathy to lead teams through change, and the commercial judgement required to align workforce capability with long‑term organisational performance.
