Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Lockhart as Deputy Chief Risk Officer for Heartland Bank.
Mark has extensive experience in the financial services sector and a very strong risk management background. Over the past 25 years Mark has managed risk functions and has led at an executive team level at UDC for over ten years.
Mark will be joining Heartland Bank at the end of February after spending one year in China where he consulted to Motovill as Head of Risk Management & Trade Finance.
