Sarah is a capable leader with a passion for the customer. She has gained extensive experience in banks and law firms across large-scale financial services investigations and conduct review programmes, Royal Commissions and complaints management in New Zealand and Australia.
Sarah has strong interpersonal skills and intellect that allow her to expertly navigate complex stakeholders. She has high levels of commitment, diligence, and enjoys an intellectual challenge.
