How do the best leaders build and maintain an effective culture? The international Association for Executive Search Consultants recently conducted an extensive study investigating core values that shape organisational culture. Insights have been collated from over 300 international executives who shared their views on the importance of trust, collaboration and of sharing a clear purpose with their team. Among the 23 identified values, the results reveal that leaders across the globe rank “Leading by Example” as the most crucial element in cultivating a high-performing, effective team culture.
