Hobson Leavy is thrilled to announce that Kerry Heard has been appointed Chief Executive Officer for CORE Group.
CORE Group is a highly successful New Zealand owned building materials exporter with vertically integrated timber manufacturing and processing, established as three companies PTP Group Mill (CORE Lumber),Papakura Timber Processors (CORE Timber Services) and Timber Barron (CORE Supply).
Kerry brings a background in sales and people leadership within the manufacturing sector. Being commercially minded, Kerry has driven significant growth and profitability to various businesses through his experience selling products into international markets as well as developing innovative partnerships and relationships with residential and commercial customers.
Kerry has held broad operational leadership roles for the last decade of his career. Themes such as H&S management, lean manufacturing and sustainability have been central to these positions.
