Hobson Leavy is thrilled to announce that Katherine Kloeden has been appointed as General Counsel & Company Secretary for Bluecurrent.
Katherine is an impressive legal professional with senior executive experience at a General Counsel and Company Secretary level.
Prior to joining Bluecurrent, she was General Counsel and Company Secretary at Alumina overseeing Legal, ESG, HR, Risk, Media, and Government Relations. She previously held roles as Executive Manager, Legal at IAG, Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Latitude Financial Services, and Managing Counsel at BHP Billiton. Katherine has also served as a Board Member for the Ten20 Foundation and began her career as an Associate at Linklaters.
