Hobson Leavy are pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Yates as Operations Manager for Taura Natural Ingredients.
Ian is an experienced production, management leader having spent some 30 years in the food and chemicals industry. He began his career after completing a Bachelor of Technology and Food Technology at Massey University with the New Zealand Dairy Group in their graduate training programme. During this period he worked in four major product group factories, powder, butter, cheese and casein. This gave him a breadth of understanding of the dairy industry from which to build his career.
Ian joins Taura from Hexion Specialty Chemicals Ltd/Lawter NZ where he was the Site Manager, a role he held since January 2010.
