Hobson Leavy are delighted to announce Gus Gilmore as the new Chief Executive for MIT. Gus comes to MIT from his current role as Deputy Chief Executive of the Tertiary Education Commission where he has been at the forefront, redesigning the funding framework for the tertiary sector and improving sector performance. Prior to this, he had a long and distinguished career in Air New Zealand, including a time in charge of Air New Zealand’s international operations at Auckland Airport. He brings that experience of being a major South Auckland employer to MIT.
