Hobson Leavy is thrilled to announce the appointment of Doris Murphy as the new General Manager People & Capability for NZHL.
Doris is a highly experienced, senior human resource executive who is passionate about customer experiences with a drive to deliver success on a personal and business level. She brings strong knowledge of the financial services sector, particularly retail and franchise banking, to this role.
Doris joins the NZHL Executive team following a successful tenure with ASB, where most recently she held the role of Head of People & Culture Retail Banking. Prior to ASB, Doris worked for Kiwibank, New Zealand Post and Westpac in a range of HR leadership roles. Doris commented that she is “very excited to join the dynamic and passionate NZHL Team and looking forward to helping more Kiwis achieve their Financial Freedom Faster”.
