HOBSON LEAVY is pleased to announce the appointment of Donna Sanders as Chief Digital, Data & Investment Officer for Maritime New Zealand.
Donna Sanders is an experienced digital, data and transformation executive with a strong track record leading enterprise technology, information security, operational and enabling services functions across complex public and private sector environments. She brings extensive experience in digital and data strategy, legacy modernisation, investment planning, cyber security, governance, commercial management and large-scale organisational transformation.
Throughout her career, Donna has led significant technology and operational functions, aligning investment, delivery and capability with organisational priorities. Her experience includes senior leadership roles with the Social Investment Agency, CCL and Datacom, where she has overseen enterprise technology environments, sovereign cloud platforms, information security services, operating model change and major service improvement programmes.
Most recently, Donna served as Acting Deputy Chief Executive, Transformation, Technology and Enabling Services at the Social Investment Agency. In this role, she led the agency’s digital, data, technology, cyber security, privacy, governance, risk, assurance and business services functions, while supporting enterprise planning, investment prioritisation and the launch of the Social Investment Fund.
