Hobson Leavy is thrilled to announce that Daniel Henderson has been appointed as the new General Manager Development & Commercial for Tamaki Regeneration Company (TRC).
TRC is leading the regeneration programme that is creating a thriving community in Glen Innes, Point England and Panmure in east Auckland. The regeneration will mean revitalised green spaces, town centres, social infrastructure, schools and 10,500 new homes.
Daniel brings over 30 years’ experience in the property industry. This has included working in both public and private companies across a broad range of disciplines including both management, investment, development and general management. Daniel joins TRC from Bayleys Real Estate Limited where he was responsible for leading the North Shore Commercial business.
“This is an inspiring and important regeneration program and I am looking forward to contributing to the exciting future of Glenn Innes, Point England and Panmure,” Daniel said.
