Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of Chynel James to the role of Chief Technology Officer for BDO NZ.
Chynel comes from Air New Zealand, working in various roles since joining the organisation in 2002. Most recently she was Strategic Programme Manager for HR Transformation, prior to which she was Manager, People & Finance Platforms. Before this she was Business Service Delivery Manager – Customer Distribution & Enterprise Solutions, and Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager. Other roles with Air New Zealand include PeopleSoft Technical & Security Team Leader, as well as change analyst roles. Chynel’s earlier career before joining Air New Zealand includes roles as Service Delivery Manager, Platform Manager and Project Manager in NZ and the UK.
Chynel has a Graduate Diploma in Business (Information Systems) from the University of Auckland.
