Hobson Leavy and Transpower are delighted to announce that Catherine Shaw has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer effective Tuesday 8 February 2022, and will be based in the Wellington office.
Transpower owns and operates the National Grid – the high voltage transmission network connecting areas of generation with towns and cities across New Zealand.
Catherine joins Transpower from Todd Corporation where she held the role of Group Manager, Treasury, Tax and Insurance. Prior to joining Todd, Catherine spent six years as a Partner at EY.
Catherine has a BCom LLB from Otago University and is CA qualified.
