Hobson Leavy is thrilled to announce that Cath Lomax has been appointed as Chief People & Strategy Officer for Southern Cross Health Society.
Cath has enjoyed a varied career, predominantly spent within financial services, she has spanned sales, strategy, HR management and client services. She has proven expertise in forming and fostering successful, engaged and accountable teams which aim to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Earlier in Cath’s career, she held various roles with BNZ focusing on customer fulfillment before she was recognized for her strong abilities in diversity and inclusion and broad culture strategy. Cath finished up in 2019 as General Manager – People (Corporate).
Cath has spent the past four years as Chief Client Officer with Fisher Funds, where she has enjoyed a broad remit leading the client facing and advice teams and contributing to the broader commercial strategy of the business.
