HOBSON LEAVY is delighted to announce the appointment of Emma White as Head of Investment for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi.
Emma is a senior finance and investment professional with experience in public finance, infrastructure funding and investment frameworks. Her career spans government agencies and advisory firms, with a consistent focus on shaping funding strategies and delivering complex investment programmes.
Emma has more than 10 years’ experience working at the Treasury, and has worked with many government agencies both as a Treasury secondee and as an advisor. Emma is currently a Director Deal Advisory for KPMG where she has led engagements on infrastructure funding transactions, government budget matters, and public finance and reforms.
