We are seeking a dynamic Director, Capital Partnerships Origination to lead the identification and securing of new capital partners to co-invest in Precinct’s development pipeline. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, this newly created role will be instrumental in driving strategic growth through joint ventures and institutional partnerships across New Zealand, Australia, and offshore markets.
