Hobson Leavy is thrilled to share the appointment of Paula ter Brake as the new Chief Executive Officer of Chubb Life Insurance.
Paula arrives at Chubb with extensive experience in leadership, transformation, and a strong background in digital and consumer-focused industries. Most recently, Paula has been with IAG New Zealand as Executive General Manager of Consumer Brands. In this role, she oversaw a diverse portfolio, with responsibility for the AMI and State businesses and banking partnerships across the country. Previously, Paula has held senior roles at Tower Insurance, First Citizen Asset Management, and GE Money, further solidifying her expertise in the sector.
