Hobson Leavy is delighted to announce that Kym Bunting has been appointed as the new General Manager Property at Tramco Group, effective 7 March 2022, following an executive search undertaken by Hobson Leavy.
Kym is a highly experienced property professional who has operated at a senior executive level for a number of years offering extensive experience in investment property across the office, retail and industrial sectors and demonstrating proven skills in asset, facilities, development, and transaction management. He is tertiary qualified with a Bachelor of Property Administration from the University of Auckland. Prior to joining Tramco, Kym was with Precinct Properties working across both the Auckland and Wellington portfolios..
