Hobson Leavy are pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer McGowan as Chief People & Culture Officer for Jarden.
Jennifer is a New Zealander who has been working offshore for almost ten years. She is well qualified with a Masters of Arts (Honours) in Industrial Organisational Psychology from Massey University. Following her Masters, Jennifer also undertook a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Organisational Psychology, from Massey University.
She has joined Jarden from HSBC in the UK where she was Global Head of Learning and Talent Development for Global Banking and Markets. Prior to this she worked at Deloitte in London and Hong Kong where she was an Associate Director, Human Capital.
