Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Young as Chief Executive Officer of the Cancer Society Auckland and Northland.
Andrew Young is a highly experienced not-for-profit CEO with particular strengths in the fundraising area.
Andrew was the CEO of the Well Foundation, where he would appear to have done an extremely good job combining two entities to create the organisation and lead it to success. He is perhaps most well-known for his seven year tenure as CEO of the Starship Foundation, which enjoyed a particularly successful period under his guidance.
Andrew stated this is the biggest challenge he’s taken on in his career and he can’t wait to help make a difference.
