Catherine is a professional company director with extensive Board experience. She is the Chair of Christchurch International Airport Limited and currently serves on the boards of a number of entities including Beca Group Limited, Southern Cross Medical Care Society, Southern Cross Hospitals Limited and the Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation. She has previously held governance roles in a range of entities, including Meridian Energy Limited, Ngai Tahu Corporation Limited and PowerbyProxi Limited.
