Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of Bevan Miller as Chief Financial Officer for the Cooperative Bank.
Currently Bevan is Chief Financial Officer for NZX, a role he has held since 2012. He is also chair of NZX’s Smartshares, an Exchange Traded Fund business. At NZX, Bevan is involved in strategy business planning, internal and external financial reporting, tax, performance management, funding, capital management, M&A, investor relations, risk management and insurance. An experienced Chief Financial Officer, Bevan also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Acurity Health Group Limited.
