Hobson Leavy is thrilled to announce that Tony Carter has been appointed as Independent Director for The Warehouse Group.
Tony’s previous directorships encompass decades of governance, including roles at Fisher and Paykel Healthcare, Air New Zealand, Fletcher Building, ANZ Bank New Zealand, and Vector New Zealand.
He has previously served as managing director of supermarket operator Foodstuffs and Mitre 10 stores, where he played a critical role in their strategic development and expansion. Tony currently chairs the boards of MyFoodBag, Datacom Group and The Interiors Group, and is a director of Ravensdown.
