HOBSON LEAVY is delighted to have partnered with Kinetic Group on the appointment of Tessa Auelua as Chief Executive Officer, New Zealand.
Tessa brings extensive operational and executive leadership experience across transport, aviation and supply chain. Most recently, she has served as General Manager Containers and Engineering at Port of Auckland, where she led the organisation’s largest operational division through a significant business and safety culture transformation. Prior to this, she held a range of senior leadership positions with Air New Zealand, building a career that spans frontline operations through to executive leadership. Tessa brings a strong track record of leading complex operations, driving organisational change and delivering outcomes for customers, employees and communities alike.
In her new role, Tessa will lead Kinetic’s New Zealand operations overseeing a nationwide team responsible for connecting thousands of New Zealanders to work, school and essential services each day. She will build on Kinetic’s leadership position in zero-emission busing and depot electrification while supporting the continued growth and development of the business across Aotearoa.
