Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of Ross Mitchell to the role of Director, Investment Banking for First NZ Capital (FNZC).
Ross brings 15 years’ experience in financial services and investment banking. He comes to the role following six years with Canaccord Genuity Limited in London where he was a Director in the UK Investment Banking division. Prior to this he spent three years as Vice President in the Corporate Finance UK team with the Royal Bank of Scotland, and three years with ABN AMRO New Zealand as an Executive/Associate in the Investment Banking Group. Ross began his career with PwC NZ in the corporate finance division.
Ross has a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, and Graduate Diploma in Commerce (Finance) from the University of Auckland.
