Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce that Pete Searle has been appointed as GM Corporate Services & Chief Financial Officer for BRANZ.
Pete has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer in financial services, medical regulation, and education research and development.
As GM Finance and Business at the New Zealand Council for Educational Research (NZCER), Pete oversees Finance, Sales, IT, and Administration. During the five years that Pete has been with NZCER, he has also introduced process efficiencies and improvements across areas including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls and IT.
During Pete’s career, he worked for ANZ, Ruapehu Alpine Lifts, Massey University, and as the Chief Financial Officer for the Medical Council of New Zealand.
