HOBSON LEAVY is thrilled to announce that Michael Boggs has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the board of Rangatira Investments.

Michael has been CEO at New Zealand Media and Entertainment (NZME) since 2016 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants. Prior to NZME Michael had extensive senior executive experience in the insurance sector and a significant background in telecommunications and technology. He will bring strong finance experience, CEO leadership and M&A exposure to the Board.
