Christian has extensive experience in recruitment and executive management, having held the role of Chief Operating Officer at NZX listed Accordant Group, where he led two businesses, Madison Recruitment and Absolute IT. Prior to working at Accordant, Christian began his career as a corporate solicitor at Russell McVeagh before working for a large global recruitment agency for 9 years, in both London and Auckland. In 2025 Christian transitioned within the Accordant Group to Hobson Leavy, as a Partner.

Christian has also participated as a mentor in the First Foundation and the ‘Big Brother NZ’ programmes. He has two young children and is actively involved in coaching various sports and activities.
