Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of three new Trustees: Melissa Cantell, Philip Doak, and Catherine Green to the Kristin School Board.
Melissa Cantell is the Chief Executive Officer for Aon New Zealand and a former student of Kristin School. She is a seasoned and commercial executive, with a breadth of experience across different sectors including legal, FMCG, Insurance, and Financial Services. She brings a multitude of skills to the board including enterprise transformation, asset optimisation, strategic investment, digital, data and technology, people and culture, sustainability, risk, regulatory and legal.
Philip Doak is a consulting Partner at Mosaic FSI and a former parent at Kristin School. With a career steeped in financial services, he brings expertise in strategy development, the leadership of business lines, finance, technology, and risk management. Philip is a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and has sound governance experience spanning commercial entities and sports administration.
Catherine Green is currently an Executive Director for The ADR Centre and a former student of Kristin School. She has a strong legal background combined with business management. Passionate about the importance of education, she is excited to be on the board and give back to the school.
