Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of Melanie Dooney as Chief People Officer for Auckland District Health Board (ADHB).
Melanie has 20 years’ experience working internationally in a wide variety of sectors and disciplines. She has held senior Human Resources and Finance roles at global multinational companies in both the IT and financial services sectors, including Commonwealth Banking Group, NCR Corporation and more recently with Fisher & Paykel Appliances.
Melanie has demonstrated her strong leadership abilities throughout her career, Melanie brings a depth of commercial acumen, financial experience and HR functional leadership. She has a deep understanding of employee relations and has been involved in significant transformation initiatives.
Melanie holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science in Biochemistry degree, both from the University of Otago.
