Katy Ellis is an experienced retail sector executive. She has a strong background in leading growth and achieving operational efficiency. Originally from the UK, Katy moved to New Zealand in 2004 joining Wellington International Airport as Retail Manager, and more recently has been the General Manager for Mojo Coffee since 2010 with full responsibility for all aspects of the business.
