Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathy Meads to the Board of NZ Plumbing Merchants (NZPM) as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.
Kathy is a professional director, currently on the boards of Port Taranaki, Enable Networks, and Shipowners’ Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association. Her previous Board directorships include Snap Ltd and Ngai Tahu Holdings Subsidiary Companies. Kathy’s executive career includes 10 years as Chief Financial Officer/Corporate Services Manager for Lyttleton Port, prior to which she held senior finance roles with Ngai Tahu Holdings, ConnecTel, Powermark and DFC.
Kathy has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy from the University of Canterbury and is a Chartered Accountant.
