Hobson Leavy are pleased to annouce the appointment of Jon Calder to the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hamilton-based law practice Tompkins Wake.
Jon will commence as Chief Executive Officer on 18 January 2016.
Jon is currently Chief Executive Officer of NZ National Fieldays Society, which owns and operates the Mystery Creek Events Centre. Prior to joining Fieldays Jon spent two years as General Manager with NZ Bus, an Infratil subsidiary and New Zealand’s largest Public Transport operator, and 12 years with Air New Zealand in the Regional and International Airlines. Jon’s last role with the airline was Manager International Cargo Operations based in Auckland, responsible for International Cargo Operations across the Air New Zealand network.
