We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Michelle Colgrave as Chief Missions & Impact Officer at Bioeconomy Science Institute.
Michelle brings more than 25 years of experience in agriscience, research commercialisation and mission-oriented innovation. Joining BSI from Australia’s CSIRO, where she most recently served as Deputy Director (Impact), she has built an international reputation for translating world-class science into real-world impact across agriculture, food systems and industry.
As the Bioeconomy Science Institute continues its transition to a missions-led research framework, Michelle will lead the development and delivery of six science Missions, helping ensure its research creates lasting impact for Aotearoa New Zealand and beyond.
