Hobson Leavy is pleased to announce the appointment of David Johnson as the new Project Director for the Commercial Bay project at Precinct Properties. The Commercial Bay project is Precinct’s newest and biggest commercial development, transforming the Auckland Downtown Shopping Centre site into a world class commercial space with a 39 storey office block, retail shops and hospitality environments.
David started his property career as a Development Manager at Mace Development Corporation and then the Symphony Group. In 1999 he joined the Kiwi Property Group initially as Commercial Development Manager and most recently as General Manager, Commercial Portfolio, managing their commercial office portfolio.
David will commence as Project Director from 4 July 2016.
