Hobson Leavy is thrilled to announce that Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust, has appointed David Gibson to the Board as a non-executive Director.
David is a professional director, investor and business consultant. His current directorships include NZME Limited and Rangatira Limited while his private interests include Sidehustle App, Harker Herbals and Jess’s Underground Kitchen. He is also on the Board of Trustees of Diocesan School for Girls and Chair of its Heritage Foundation.
David has over 20 years’ investment banking experience having held senior positions and governance roles with Deutsche Craigs and Deutsche Bank, in New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury.

His wide business interests, including the application of emerging technologies, are particularly relevant as we plan for the impacts of a growing digital economy.”
Goodman (NZ) Limited has also announced that Independent Director Susan Paterson will be retiring from the Board on 31 March 2021.
